Warbirds Over Wānaka 2026 – NZMCA Terrace Parking Booking Terms & Conditions



By purchasing a Terrace Parking site for Warbirds Over Wānaka 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:



General Booking Conditions

• Terrace Parking is available exclusively to NZMCA members with a current membership at the time of the event and is for self-contained vehicles only.
• One Terrace Parking ticket is required per vehicle and entitles the vehicle to one parking space in the designated Terrace Parking area.
• All occupants of the vehicle must hold a valid 3-Day Warbirds Over Wānaka ticket. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all ticketing requirements are met prior to arrival.



Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, at the sole discretion of the event organisers.
• Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable service or transaction fees.
• No refunds will be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, failure to attend, or failure to comply with ticketing requirements, including holding incomplete or incorrect tickets.



Code of Conduct & Removal Policy

• All attendees must comply with the Criffel Station Code of Conduct.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event site without refund.
• Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person or vehicle that compromises the safety, enjoyment, or comfort of others.



Additional Information

• All vehicles must check in and be parked by the time specified in pre-event communications. Late arrivals may be denied access without a refund.
• Site allocations are on a first-come, first-served basis within the designated Terrace Parking area. Sites are not pre-assigned and cannot be reserved.
• No open fires or non-contained barbecues are permitted. Gas or electric appliances must be used safely and in accordance with NZMCA and event safety guidelines.
• Sites are for self-contained vehicles only. Tents, marquees, or additional structures are not permitted.
